Sue has played the key role in updating and improving Magrabar's management systems since taking over the company in 2003. She overhauled the management team and selected a new crop of employees to implement the system and to work with the core of Magrabar's strengths, operations and R&D team.

Sue works closely with her staff to improve sales and marketing efforts. This includes updating the Magrabar's image through collateral and promotional materials and launching new sales efforts including trade shows – an avenue Magrabar had not utilized previously. Sue also works with the sales team in conducting presentations to key end-customers and prospects.

Sue takes great pride in the Magrabar team and continually works on personnel development through an ongoing program of employee training. Working to ensure the continuation of Magrabar's quality, Sue has recently started a development program working on reinforcing the total quality approach Magrabar takes with all aspects of its operations.

As president, Sue has responsibility for operational decisions and works in conjunction with the Board of Directors to make final decisions on contracts, banking, finances, personnel, equipment and premises.

Prior to Magrabar, Sue worked in various positions in manufacturing, retail sales, finance and administration.
